Act as a client-facing representative, aligning regularly on delivery and commercial matters.
Provide administrative, financial, and logistical support to Project Managers.
Monitor work in progress and activities against service orders.
Prepare invoices in collaboration with the Project Manager and support financial reporting.
Assist in preparing customer quotations and progress spare-part deliveries.
Manage SAP tasks, purchase orders, and project documentation.
Compile and issue project and customer reports on time.
Coordinate internal/external stakeholders and help drive project milestones, deadlines, and performance.
Opportunity to act as a nominated PM for small internal or external projects.
What You Need to Qualify
Experience as a Project Administrator (highly desirable).
Background in the Oil & Gas industry or within a project team (preferred).
Strong organisational, communication, and time‑management skills.
Ability to manage documentation, financial data, logistics, and tools such as SAP and ARIBA.
Experience in Salesforce would be preferable.
