Job summary

St Basils is seeking a Progression Coach (Support Worker) in Redditch to work with a multi-disciplinary team and support young people to develop skills, resilience and independence.

You will help access services, co-create action plans, identify strengths and needs, and promote their goals with a strong commitment to equality and inclusion in our services.

The role is full-time, on-site, permanent, with a pro rata salary range of £27,016 to £28,821.

Responsibilities

• Support young people to access services, both internal and external, to enable successful transitions to independent living.
• Co-produce support action plans, help identify strengths and development needs, and address emotional, social, and learning needs.
• Promote equality, equity, diversity, and inclusion in service delivery and maintain accurate data recording.
