Job summary

St Basils in Redditch is seeking a Progression Coach to work with a multi-disciplinary team, supporting young people to develop skills, resilience and independence as they move from supported housing to independent living.

You will co-produce action plans with young people, identify strengths and development needs, and help them meet emotional, social and learning goals while upholding St Basils values and commitment to equality, equity, diversity and inclusion.

• Support young people to access a range of services, internal and external to enable a successful transition from supported housing into independent living.
• Co-produce support action plans with young people, help identify strengths and development needs, and holistically support their emotional, social and learning needs.
