Job summary

SANS in Swansea is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support delivery of products and programmes. You will help develop project plans, track progress, organise meetings, and maintain information systems with effective document control.

The role focuses on coordinating programmes such as Cyber Academies, Foundations and CyberStart, providing regular reports and ensuring milestones align with regional needs and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting, coordinating or delivering projects or programmes.
  • Experience organizing and prioritising multiple activities and deadlines.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience maintaining accurate project documentation and logs.
  • Experience producing clear progress updates and management information.
  • Experience using data to monitor progress or outcomes.
  • Experience researching and contributing to project scoping or development.

Responsibilities

  • Provide project support to all programmes (Cyber Academies, Foundations and CyberStart).
  • Coordinate setup and running of programmes and pilots (licensing, courses, collateral, webcasts, partners, communications, stakeholders).
  • Organise all project-related paperwork and maintain information systems with version control.
  • Support implementation of new projects and track programme spending.
  • Ensure tasks align with programme goals and report risks and lessons learned.
  • Provide regular reporting to line manager and demonstrate programme impact.
