Qualifications

• Experience supporting, coordinating or delivering projects or programmes.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience maintaining project documentation, plans, records or action logs.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with a range of stakeholders.
• Experience producing project updates, reports or management information.
• Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work.
• Confidence working with data, spreadsheets and numerical information.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and follow actions through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of multiple projects and programmes.
• Helping develop and maintain project plans, documentation and information systems.
• Coordinating meetings, including attendees, documentation, actions and follow-ups.
• Supporting the setup and delivery of new programmes, projects and pilots.
• Working with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate activities and deliverables.
• Maintaining accurate project records, action logs and documentation.
• Tracking progress against project milestones and KPIs.
• Monitoring project and programme expenditure and maintaining accurate financial information.
• Identifying and escalating risks, issues and dependencies.
• Producing regular progress updates, reports and management information.
• Collating data, statistics and case studies to demonstrate programme outcomes and impact.
• Undertaking research and gathering information to support new projects and opportunities.
• Supporting wider programme activities, launches and events where required.
