Job summary

The role includes admissions assistance, timetabling, calendars, assessment resources, and responding to student issues, with opportunities to contribute to teaching and provide cover when required to support study and progression.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience supporting programmes in higher education is desirable.
• Ability to manage a varied workload with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, admissions activities and Open Days.
• Coordinate timetables and programme calendars.
• Develop and organise learning resources and assessments.
• Support teaching with online and blended learning approaches.
• Provide guidance to students and refer to university services as needed.
• Produce reports for Programme Leaders and committees.
• Support student induction and progression.
