Job summary

Quest Global is seeking an experienced Project Owner/Manager to take ownership of a complex programme from initial assessment to controlled delivery. The role includes establishing baselines, developing integrated delivery plans, governance implementation and hands-on project controls across schedule, budget and risk management.

Qualifications

• End-to-end ownership of complex programmes from mobilisation through delivery.
• Strong PM capabilities across scope, time, cost and quality.
• Experience delivering complex projects with integrated plans and governance.
• Proven ability to establish baselines, control budgets, and manage risk/issues.
• Experience with MoD/UK Defence programmes is advantageous.
• Familiarity with DEFCON 658 and secure/regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish a clear programme baseline with scope, objectives, deliverables, budget and dependencies.
• Develop and maintain an integrated programme plan with milestones and critical path visibility.
• Implement governance structures with defined roles, escalation routes and decision rights.
• Provide 4-week Kanban/work programme for the project team and regular reporting on progress.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, risks, issues, changes and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure accurate programme records, dashboards and governance information across the lifecycle.
