Job summary

Quantexa, a leading data analytics company, is seeking a Programme Manager to own end-to-end delivery of multi-workstream programmes across customer accounts. You will drive strategy, governance and value realisation, coordinating delivery with partners and internal teams to achieve measurable outcomes.

You will oversee P&L, budgets and forecasts, while embedding best-practice delivery methods and maintaining alignment with product capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, complex technology or data programmes.
• Customer-facing delivery in consultancy, services, or SI environments.
• Strong commercial judgement and P&L ownership.
• Understanding of software delivery lifecycle and enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for complex Quantexa programmes.
• Establish governance, roles, controls and reporting across delivery teams.
• Drive value realisation and measurable business outcomes for customers.
• Own an integrated programme plan with milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Build relationships with executives and sponsorship teams to align objectives.
• Enable customers and partners to adopt and extend Quantexa successfully.
• Take full ownership of P&L, budgets, forecasts and contracts.
• Embed delivery methodologies and ensure operational stability relative to product capabilities.
