Job summary

Safran Electrical & Power is seeking an experienced Programme Manager in Slough to lead multi-disciplinary teams across the full product lifecycle. You will drive delivery, manage risks, and optimise programme financial performance while engaging with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading programmes/projects in commercial, engineering, manufacturing or technology environments.
  • Proficiency with project tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Asana.
  • Ability to create KPIs, dashboards and management reports using Power BI, Excel or similar tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage programmes/projects throughout the lifecycle, ensuring delivery against objectives and timescales.
  • Identify, assess, monitor and mitigate programme risks with corrective actions.
  • Review and validate sales proposals, technical estimates and business cases for viability.
  • Manage programme financial performance including sales, revenue, profitability, cost control, forecasting and recovery planning.
  • Develop and communicate integrated programme plans with milestones, deliverables and resources.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners for collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Chair programme review meetings and provide status updates to customers and senior leadership.
  • Support contract management and contribute to new business opportunities.
