Your Role

As a Program Manager at Safran Electrical & Power you will manage all of the stakeholders in the business line to ensure customer satisfaction and economic performance of a program while monitoring and mastering risk level. You will have reign to shape the program and take ownership of the actions performed within. You will achieve all program objectives and ensure the global coordination of the business line, delivering expected program figures as defined the Medium Term Plan. You will utilise your innovative capabilities and experience within the aerospace sector to develop sound technology roadmaps and a channel to market.

  • Lead all stakeholders of the business line to ensure customer satisfaction and economic performance of the program.
  • Take full ownership of the program, having reign to shape the actions taken that will successfully achieve all program objectives.
  • Ensure consistency in delivering and meeting customer expectations.
  • Management of activities involving and actioned in multiple countries.
  • Work in conjunction with other program managers, led by a Senior Program Manager.
  • Ensure global coordination of all the activities in the business line to deliver expected program figures.
  • Limit and manage the risks generated by program activities to an acceptable level.
What You'll Bring (Essential)
  • Master's degree in engineering or project management, or equivalent experience
  • Strong leadership & people management skills
  • Previous experience in applying program management standards
  • Ability to establish a relationship of trust with program customers
  • Ability to conduct negotiations both internally and externally
  • Ability to create confidence within the team and empower the team to manager programs
