Job description

Are you organised, great with people and ready to play a key part in improving residents’ homes?

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Programme Delivery Co-ordinator to join our Asset Management team at PA Housing.

You’ll provide essential administrative support to our Programme Delivery team, helping planned works programmes run smoothly and making sure residents are kept informed and supported along the way.

You’ll work with colleagues, contractors, residents and external partners, helping to coordinate meetings, maintain accurate information and respond to customer enquiries. It’s a varied role where your organisation, communication skills and attention to detail will make a real difference.

And this isn’t just about administration. You’ll be helping to deliver programmes of work in and around residents’ homes, so putting customers first and making sure they receive a great service will be at the heart of what you do.

What’s in it for you….

In addition to the salary, we offer a number of benefits, including:

  • High street discount schemes
  • Health cash plans
  • 26 days’ annual leave, increasing to 29 after three years, with the opportunity to buy more
  • Flexible bank holidays – take them when it suits you
  • Car leasing scheme
  • Hybrid working – offering you the flexibility to thrive in your role. You'll have the opportunity to blend the best of both worlds, spending approximately two to three days per week in the office once settled in the role. This is flexible and depends on meeting cycles and board activity. We also offer an optional nine-day fortnight scheme, allowing you to compress your hours if it suits the role.
What you’ll be doing……
  • Provide day to day administrative support to the Programme Delivery team, helping planned works programmes stay organised and on track
  • Respond to residents’ telephone, email, written and CRM enquiries, making sure they receive a helpful and positive service
  • Keep resident information, asset data, project spreadsheets and documentation accurate and up to date
  • Arrange contractor, progress and strategic meetings, including preparing information, taking minutes and sharing actions afterwards
  • Manage diaries and meetings for the Programme Delivery and Management teams
  • Help prepare and send letters and communications to residents and leaseholders about planned works
  • Support the team with tracking properties on planned programmes and providing updates on non-decent homes
  • Process purchase order requests and support the team with general financial administration
  • Help share updates about planned works across the organisation through PA Housing’s intranet
  • Build positive relationships with residents, contractors, colleagues and external partners
  • Make sure customer feedback and satisfaction information is captured and recorded accurately
  • Look for ways to improve processes and help the team deliver an efficient, high quality service
