Salix Homes in Manchester is seeking a Programme Coordinator to support a major Building Safety Remediation Programme. You will assist the Senior Programme Manager with governance, reporting, risks and actions, and ensure effective planning and delivery across multiple projects with internal and external partners.

At Salix Homes, resident safety is our highest priority. We're delivering a major, multi-million-pound Building Safety Remediation Programme, transforming eight high-rise residential buildings through the Government's Cladding Safety Scheme.
As our Programme Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of this complex programme. Working alongside the Senior Programme Manager, you'll help coordinate programme governance, reporting, stakeholder engagement, financial monitoring and programme controls, ensuring activities are effectively planned, monitored and delivered.
This is a varied and rewarding role, providing the opportunity to work across multiple projects and with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You'll work closely with colleagues across the organisation, consultants, contractors, Homes England and other partners to ensure information is accurate, risks and actions are effectively managed, and governance requirements are met.
