Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking a Programme Coordinator to support the Jobs Guarantee programme across offices including Stevenage. The role focuses on quality assurance, compliance monitoring, data management and operational co-ordination to ensure services are delivered efficiently and in line with contractual requirements.

The successful candidate will maintain records, monitor performance, produce MI reports and support continuous improvement, working with multiple teams to drive effective

Qualifications

• Experience in contract-driven, target-focused environments.
• Administration coordination and MI reporting experience.
• Quality assurance, compliance monitoring or audit experience.
• Accurate record keeping in databases and MS Office familiarity.
• Ability to interpret policies and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate programme activities to ensure services meet contractual requirements.
• Maintain accurate participant, stakeholder and programme records across systems.
• Monitor performance and support achievement of targets and quality standards.
• Produce and analyse MI reports to aid decision-making.
• Conduct QA reviews and compliance checks for audit readiness.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities for service improvement.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and SOP maintenance.
• Prepare documentation for audits and commissioner reports.
• Support managers with performance improvement and action planning.
• Foster relationships with internal teams and stakeholders to enable delivery.
