Twin Group based in Greenwich is recruiting a Programme Administrator for the University Placements team. The role is full-time, hybrid with three days in Greenwich and two days remote, handling administrative and coordination support across the full placement cycle, including monitoring call records and documentation.
You will ensure accurate records, support placement agreements with university partners, and maintain compliant processes.

As Programme Administrator you will work within the University Placements team, providing essential administrative and coordination support to the Project Coordinator across the full placement cycle.
Responsible for managing monitoring call records, maintaining accurate student and placement documentation, and supporting the completion of placement agreements with all university partners.
You will take genuine pride in accurate record keeping, understanding that documentation is a compliance and quality function, and manage a high volume of administrative activity across multiple university partners with precise consistency.
