Job summary

Zealous Agency is looking for an experienced programmatic Campaign Manager to own campaigns across Display, AV, OOH and more, from setup through to optimisation and performance delivery.

You will analyse campaign data with GA4 and Google Analytics, present insights to clients, advise on strategy and best practice, and support pre‑campaign planning with benchmarks and past performance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing and managing programmatic campaigns across platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Comfortable presenting insights to clients and building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of programmatic campaigns across Display, AV, OOH and more, from setup through to optimisation and performance delivery
• Manage activity ensuring campaigns hit key commercial objectives
• Analyse campaign data and performance, turning insights into clear, actionable recommendations
• Work closely with clients, advising on strategy, planning and best practice
• Support pre-campaign planning, using benchmarks and past performance to shape effective approaches
• Keep a close eye on key metrics such as return on ad spend and sales performance
