Zenith UK is seeking a Programmatic Manager to shape campaigns across diverse sectors. You will own planning, deliver insights, and drive opportunities for growth, collaborating with specialists and guiding a small team to deliver high-quality work with client impact.

This role combines programmatic expertise, thoughtful leadership, and problem-solving in a fast-paced agency environment within Publicis Groupe.

Qualifications

• Experience planning, implementing, and optimising programmatic campaigns against defined business and marketing objectives.
• Ability to select meaningful metrics and turn complex performance data into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong knowledge of programmatic platforms, with experience of DV360, The Trade Desk, or Amazon DSP.
• Thoughtful approach to quality assurance, identifying risks and maintaining accuracy.
• Confidently communicating campaign strategy and performance to clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate, commercially effective media plans that deliver against client goals and create measurable value.
• Build test-and-learn roadmaps with hypotheses and robust measurement.
• Lead end-to-end campaign implementation across display, video, YouTube, CTV, and VOD.
• Improve team workflows through clear processes and finance management.
• Analyse campaign performance and translate results into actionable recommendations for future activity.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Support Executives with direction and learning opportunities.
