Job summary

UNH Entrepreneurship Center in the United Kingdom seeks a Program Support Coordinator to provide hands-on support across program delivery, student engagement, center operations, and outreach. Reporting to the Associate Director, the role requires a friendly, organized professional able to work in a dynamic, student-centered environment, with 0.5 FTE adjunct status.

The position covers logistics coordination for workshops, speaker series, and pitch competitions, on-site and virtual event support,

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics for ECenter programs and events, including workshops, speaker series, pitch competitions, accelerator sessions, and field trips
  • Provide on-site support before, during, and after events; serve as a reliable, organized presence for in-person, virtual, and hybrid programming
  • Track program participation and collect participant feedback to support continuous improvement
  • Assist the Associate Director and program staff with timelines, shared calendars, and project coordination to keep initiatives on track
  • Some evening and weekend availability is required for ECenter events
  • Some off-campus travel will be required for occasional office-based errands
  • Support general communications; respond to inquiries and route messages appropriately
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and database systems (e.g., Airtable, Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Process invoices, reimbursements, purchase requests, and Pcard submissions in a timely manner
  • Maintain financial tracking records and budget spreadsheets; prepare summaries and reports as needed
  • Coordinate student award payments and monitor student participants across ECenter programs
  • Make purchases and arrangements on behalf of the ECenter, including office supplies, catering, travel, and conference logistics
  • Support the development and execution of student recruitment and classroom outreach strategies
  • Recruit, train, and provide day-to-day support for student ambassadors; organize and staff tabling events
  • Serve as a welcoming and knowledgeable presence in the ECenter, providing tours for students, prospective students, families, alumni, and donors
  • Manage the day-to-day student experience in the ECenter's physical space, ensuring it is ready to support student activity and events
  • Provide initial entrepreneurship introduction and act as a resource for connections for students visiting the ECenter; partner with Makerspace mentors to support community-building programming

Job description

The Program Support Coordinator is an integral member of the UNH Entrepreneurship Center team, providing hands-on support across program delivery, student engagement, center operations, and outreach. Reporting to the Associate Director, this role is well-suited for someone who is organized, personable, and energized by working in a dynamic, student-centered environment. This position serves as an important point of continuity and connection across ECenter activities - ensuring that programs run smoothly, students are well-supported, and the center's presence across campus is consistent and compelling. No two days are exactly alike, and the ideal candidate will bring the flexibility and initiative to meet the moment. This position is an adjunct staff position that is .5 FTE.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • (50%) Program & Event Support
    • Coordinate logistics for ECenter programs and events, including workshops, speaker series, pitch competitions, accelerator sessions, and field trips - covering scheduling, room reservations, A/V, catering, registration, and materials
    • Provide on-site support before, during, and after events; serve as a reliable, organized presence for in-person, virtual, and hybrid programming
    • Track program participation and collect participant feedback to support continuous improvement
    • Assist the Associate Director and program staff with timelines, shared calendars, and project coordination to keep initiatives on track
    • Some evening and weekend availability is required for ECenter events
    • Some off-campus travel will be require for occasional office-based errands.
  • (25%) Center Operations & Information Management
    • Support general communications; respond to inquiries and route messages appropriately, with discretion and professionalism
    • Maintain accurate records in CRM and database systems (e.g., Airtable, Salesforce, HubSpot)

    • Serve as a welcoming and knowledgeable presence in the ECenter, providing tours for students, prospective students, families, alumni, and donors
    • Manage the day-to-day student experience in the ECenter's physical space, ensuring it is ready to support student activity and events
    • Provide initial entrepreneurship introduction and act as a resource for connections for students visiting the ECenter; partner with Makerspace mentors to support community-building programming
Requirements:
Minimum Acceptable Education & Experience:
  • High school degree
  • 3-5 years of experience
Other Minimum Qualifications :
  • Knowledge of office practices and procedures
  • Organizational, problem solving, analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite/Google Workspace, database management, and common design programs
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with faculty, staff,students, and the general public

Required Licenses & Certifications:
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to off-campus locations on short notice
