Northeastern University London (NU London) is seeking an Office Administrator to run the front reception, handle day-to-day admin, and support the Start-up Hub operations on-site at 9a Crosswall, EC3N 2PX. The role reports to the Head of Entrepreneurship and collaborates across departments to maintain a productive, safe work environment.
The position requires strong communications, sound judgement and the ability to manage multiple tasks, including events and partnerships activities.

Salary Range £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
The University is looking for an Office administrator to run the front reception desk, carry out administration duties and office procedures within our new Start-up Hub. The expectation of the role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organisational effectiveness, communication and safety. We require someone with sound judgement, strong communications and problem-solving skills to ensure the smooth running of the office and support day to day operation. The role will report to the Head of Entrepreneurship, and the person forms part of the wider staff body. The person will collaborate closely with other departments where needed, but you will also have opportunities to work autonomously.
