  • In this highly visible position, you will help represent the Client brand through strong partnerships with internal and external partners, professors, vendors, and students, building excitement and awareness around our early-career opportunities. You will manage end-to-end logistics for recruitment systems and events, ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience for candidates and fostering effective collaboration with academic institutions and third-party partners. While most responsibilities are office-based, you will also have opportunities to travel to local and large-scale campus events as needed. Success in this role demands creative problem solving, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy. If you thrive in a collaborative, high-energy setting and are passionate about attracting top talent, we invite you to join us in shaping the future of Client’s workforce.

  • Document processes, sharing best practices across teams.
  • Prepare presentations and data in PowerPoint or Excel.
  • Manage ordering of recruitment collateral and gather public university data.
