Job summary

yai is seeking a Program Operations Leader to oversee day-to-day operations of the therapeutic program, including development and implementation of programming and groups by the interdisciplinary team.

You will ensure appropriate supervision, lead a team to deliver quality care, coordinate the IDT, supervise staff, manage schedules, training, documentation, and maintain a safe, compliant work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all day-to-day operations of the program, including development and implementation of therapeutic programming and groups by the interdisciplinary team.
• Ensures appropriate, therapeutically documented supervision to protect health, safety and habilitation in line with regulatory requirements.
• Provides effective leadership, developing a team that delivers quality care and positive outcomes in a discrimination-free environment.
• Coordinates all members of the interdisciplinary team (IDT) to implement person-centered treatment plans and coordinate medical care and medications.
• Maintains a safe, compliant work environment by adhering to processes, procedures and reporting incidents.
• Directly supervises direct care staff and supports supervision of DSP/RBTs, including onboarding and credential documentation.
• Assigns responsibilities and manages staff schedules, ensuring coverage and escalation of staffing concerns as needed.
• Manages performance, conducts evaluations and development plans, and enforces policies and productivity standards.
• Initiates and approves staff changes in Workday and ensures accurate timekeeping for payroll.
• Involves involvement in hiring, interviewing and coordinating with HR for recruitment needs.
• Organizes trainings on operations, policies, and administrative tasks; coordinates facility maintenance and supply management.
• Oversees all financial systems for the program and maintains records for people supported and expenditures.
• Maintains all paperwork related to treatment, compliance with laws and incident reporting.
• Schedules and facilitates weekly leadership meetings with the clinical team to assess operations and staff needs.
