Rebound Behavioral Health Hospital, located on a wooded estate near Lancaster, South Carolina, seeks a Director of Outpatient Services to lead PHP and IOP programs and drive clinical excellence across the behavioral health care continuum.
You will oversee daily operations, supervision of clinicians and staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with senior leadership to grow referrals, improve patient experience, and achieve key performance targets.
Rebound Behavioral Health Hospital, just a short drive south of Charlotte, North Carolina, is one of the region's leading providers of inpatient and outpatient care for mental health concerns and substance use disorders. Located on a peaceful, wooded estate in Lancaster, South Carolina, our facility provides comprehensive treatment for adults age 18 and older of all genders. In addition to treating addiction and mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and posttraumatic stress disorder, Rebound Behavioral Health Hospital provides care for individuals who have dual diagnosis, which is the clinical term for the simultaneous presence of a mental illness and a substance use disorder.
The Director of Outpatient Services is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations and long-term success of the facility's partial hospitalization programs (PHP) and intensive outpatient programs (IOP). This role is accountable for achieving key performance targets - including volume growth, financial performance, patient experience, and clinical quality - by driving clinical excellence, operational rigor, referral growth, and standardized care delivery across the behavioral health care continuum. The Director will serve as a clinical leader, performance coach, and community advocate, ensuring a seamless transition for patients stepping down from inpatient care and patients stepping up from community-based care.
