Job summary

YAI is hiring an Assistant Supervisor in Newquay to lead direct care teams ensuring maximum care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). This role includes administrative duties like scheduling and training DSPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6 months experience with individuals with I/DD.
• High School Diploma plus 2 years experience in related human services.
• 4 years direct care experience in a YAI program.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to DSPs and ensure care for supported individuals.
• Coordinate staffing and coverage for the program.
• Assist in managing financial systems and inventory.
