Bloomwell Autism Therapy seeks a Clinic Success Manager to lead non-clinical clinic operations and foster a productive, engaging environment for families and teammates. As second-in-command to the Clinical Director, you will coordinate scheduling, onboarding, attendance, notes, and events while supporting budget, hiring and staff development.

You will guide morale, plan quarterly community activities, and ensure smooth service delivery across the clinic, working 7:00am–3:00pm on weekdays with

Qualifications

• 4-year degree from an accredited university required.
• 2+ years in a healthcare environment strongly preferred.
• Experience working in the ABA industry strongly preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail skills.
• Impeccable interpersonal skills as you will be interacting daily with families and teammates.
• At least 1 year experience managing or handling oversight of a large team of hourly employees.

Responsabilités

• Scheduling new patient assessments and family tours.
• Handling new patient onboarding and scheduling.
• Monitoring patient and teammate attendance.
• Ensuring consistent and timely session note conversion.
• Leading the clinic's morale committee and organizing team events.
• Supporting budget oversight, hiring, training and performance initiatives.
