Chimes is seeking a supervisory staff member to lead a team providing support to individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges. The role includes coaching, performance feedback, and ensuring program compliance across shifts.

The position requires an Associate degree (Bachelor’s preferred) and at least two years of supervisory experience, plus a valid driver’s license. A car is often required to support program operations and attendance schedules.

Formación

• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Experience working with persons with intellectual disabilities is a plus.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
• Must have a car and an acceptable driving record as determined by criteria established by the agency’s insurance carrier and policy.

Responsabilidades

• Verifies staff attendance and ensures active staff support for all persons served.
• Ensures adequate staffing and arranges temporary/alternate staffing as needed.
• Assesses need for adaptive equipment and makes referrals to the appropriate manager.
• Ensures materials are in place at shift start and throughout program time.
• Documents incidents as needed and uses crisis intervention in emergencies.
• Develops staff through orientation, training, and ongoing learning.
• Works with the Assistant Director to reduce turnover.
• Conducts visits/inspections to ensure contractual specifications are met.
• Ensures compliance with applicable regulations and serves as a positive role model.
