Job summary

Chimes is seeking a Direct Support Professional to support individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges in a residential setting at Campfield. The role runs Thurs-Sat from 8a to 8p with training provided and a supportive, mission-driven team environment.

You will assist with daily living tasks, follow individualized plans, document progress, and help participants engage with the community while ensuring safety and dignity at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in disability services preferred but training is provided.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with kindness and respect.
• Assist with personal care, including dressing, toileting, hygiene, feeding, bathing.
• Follow care plans and document progress.
• Administer medications per policy.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
• Encourage community engagement and program participation.
