QBE Europe is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the Claims Cloud Transformation, a multi-year initiative migrating UK and European Claims to a new cloud platform. The role reports to senior leadership, oversees multiple workstreams, and manages partners and suppliers in a hybrid, 2-site (London or Leeds) role.

The successful candidate will drive strategic delivery, governance and executive communications across complex stakeholder groups and ensure delivery against business

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale transformation or migration programmes.
• Proven ability to manage programmes spanning multiple years and business domains.
• Strong governance, planning and execution capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management across executive, operations and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Claims Cloud Transformation roadmap and delivery strategy.
• Lead end-to-end programme and delivery teams to achieve business outcomes.
• Establish governance, controls and decision forums in line with governance framework.
• Ensure alignment with business and technology strategy and enterprise architecture.
• Coordinate delivery across workstreams, partners and suppliers.
• Provide transparent reporting on health, milestones, risks and financials.
