Job summary

QBE Europe is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the Claims Cloud Transformation Programme, migrating UK and European claims operations to a new cloud platform. You will manage a multi-year roadmap with multiple workstreams, suppliers and senior stakeholders.

Reporting to the Head of Change Delivery, Claims & Operations, you will drive governance, reporting and decision-making to ensure delivery on time and within budget, shaping the future operating model for claims in the region.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale transformational migration programmes.
• Experience with Guidewire products or large platform transformations.
• Strong governance, risk and financial management capabilities.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills for senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the overall Claims Cloud Transformation roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end programme and delivery teams to achieve outcomes.
• Establish governance, delivery controls and decision-making forums.
• Drive successful migration of UK and European claims operations.
• Provide transparent reporting on programme health, milestones, risks and financial performance.
