Job summary

Methods Business and Digital Technology Limited is seeking an experienced Transformation Programme Manager to lead a major cloud transformation. You will orchestrate multiple workstreams, ensure proper sequencing, manage risks and dependencies, and deliver an integrated programme plan with strong governance and reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex technology transformations.
• Strong governance, RAID, change control and executive reporting.
• Ability to translate technical workstreams into delivery plans.
• Experience working with architects, engineers and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of migration, testing and cutover activities.
• Financial management and budget forecasting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the integrated programme plan across multiple workstreams.
• Establish and maintain the programme critical path and milestones.
• Identify and manage cross-workstream dependencies and sequencing.
• Coordinate mobilisation across identity, endpoints, productivity, applications, infrastructure, security and transition.
• Translate high-level objectives into achievable delivery plans and milestones.
• Establish programme controls covering scope, schedule, resources and costs.
• Maintain governance forums, reporting cycles and escalation routes.
• Run governance meetings and document decisions, actions and risks.
• Provide concise programme reporting for stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure visibility of programme health and delivery constraints.
• Sequence activities from discovery through transition into service.
