Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Client Executive/Broker for Professional Indemnity within its FINPRO Specialty in Manchester. The role involves managing PI client relationships, renewing and placing PI risks, and advising on coverage and risk strategies.

The position is hybrid, requiring three days in the office and occasional client travel. You will collaborate with Corporate colleagues to grow the PI book, negotiate with insurers, and deliver tailored risk management solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Professional Indemnity insurance for corporate clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication for tenders, reports and client meetings.
• Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines under pressure.
• Committed to professional standards and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to travel to client meetings as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of Professional Indemnity clients, collaborating with Corporate colleagues maintaining the wider relationship across lines of insurance.
• Deliver renewal and placement strategies in coordination with the team.
• Negotiate with insurers to secure PI renewals via Marsh facilities and open market.
• Understand clients' business priorities and risk management needs to provide tailored advice.
• Advise on coverage queries, contract reviews, and mid-term programme amendments.
• Identify growth opportunities and win new business through market intelligence.
• Review exposures and loss experience to develop client solutions.
• Assist in client/prospective client presentations and propose innovative solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams across the business.
