Job summary

Marsh is seeking a skilled professional indemnity claims advocate based in Birmingham for a hybrid role requiring three days in the office each week. You will join the Financial and Professionals Lines Claims Advocacy Team, collaborating across offices and client groups to deliver strategic indemnity claims advice.

Key responsibilities include guiding large PwC/law firm clients through complex PI claims, advocating with insurers and contributing to client retention through outstanding service

Qualifications

• Experience of resolving complex financial and professional lines insurance claims.
• Claims management experience.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with international professional indemnity clients, overseas offices and other colleagues in providing strategic, technical and tactical claims advice.
• Guide the large clients through complex insurance claims under professional indemnity policies.
• Advocate on behalf of Financial and Professional lines Marsh clients with insurers.
• Part of the wider team and a valuable contributor to winning and retaining clients through service delivery and results.
• Demonstrate technical ability, market knowledge and the personality to build relationships with new and existing clients.
• Provide support to the professional indemnity team through the feedback of claims intelligence to product development colleagues.
• Support the business in winning and retaining clients.
