Job summary

Marsh in Manchester is seeking a Client Executive/Broker for the Professional Indemnity team. This hybrid role requires three office days per week, with occasional client meetings and travel.

You will manage PI clients, renewals, and placements while collaborating with Corporate colleagues across the UK and Ireland. The ideal candidate has PI experience, strong communication, organization, and a proactive problem-solving approach to serve mid-large sized businesses across construction,

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of Professional Indemnity clients with corporate colleagues.
• Deliver renewal and placement strategies with the team.
• Negotiate with insurers for PI renewals.
• Understand clients' business priorities and advise accordingly.
• Advise on coverage queries, contract reviews and mid-term amendments.
• Identify growth opportunities and win new business.
• Review exposures and losses to develop client solutions.
• Assist in client presentations and propose innovative solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
