After your initial training, you’ll be required to participate in a 1in5 standby rota to respond to incidents out of hours and at weekends. In return, we pay a standby Allowance (c. £2,000 per annum) plus overtime rates.

We offer a clear career and pay progression structure to encourage your development where you can earn up to £44,188 as you increase your knowledge and abilities. You’ll have access to training to take your knowledge to the next level.

  • Monitor and maintain security of production site
  • Issue Permits to Work where required
  • Assist with capital works as and when required
