Peloton’s Content Department, comprising our Production, Studio Operations and Instructor teams, works 365 days a year to deliver a broad offering of highly engaging subscription content to our members. We are a highly collaborative, fast-paced department that focuses on evolving our innovative programming.

We are looking for polished, expert Broadcast Technical Directors to produce outstanding live and on-demand streaming shows in a one-of-a-kind work environment.

Candidates must possess experience in a fast-paced, live broadcast environment. In addition, candidates must have the ability to multi-task camera-switching, mixing and monitoring audio with multiple incoming feeds, understand and troubleshoot audio signal flow, lighting cues, QC of outbound stream, and most meaningfully, replicate this experience several times every day.

Your Daily Impact at Peloton

• Operate a vision mixer, sound desk, robotic multi-camera system and coordinate lighting and general technical setup, all contributing to a high-level output
• Monitor, troubleshoot and uphold high quality production for our live and pre-recorded streams
• Implement a post-production workflow to transform live events into on-demand assets for global members
• Serve as the first point of escalation for all production-related issues, working closely with engineering and other departments
• Ensure detailed execution of production runs, protocols, and timings are followed by all relevant on-ground teams
• Availability for shifts including early mornings, nights, weekends, and public holidays as required
• Maintain high attention to detail when QCing additional production content including scenic, original, and remote productions
• Perform additional tasks such as social content planning, shooting, editing, supporting in-house events technically, and updating training and technical documentation
• Foster an atmosphere of innovation, creativity, quick problem-solving, and operational excellence

• Understanding of technical equipment including vision mixers, robotic camera systems, and audio desks
• Knowledge of shot framing, audio mixing, and production communication etiquette
• Motivated team player with a proactive approach, dedicated to partnership, collaboration, and achieving collective goals
