Job Opportunity: Production Technician

KPI Recruiting is seeking a Production Technician for our client based in Crewe.

Working Hours and Days

• 5 out of 7 days per week
• Varied working hours

Pay Rate

£12.21 per hour

Responsibilities

• Spooling, measuring, and cutting steel wire rope to length according to customer requirements
• Fitting end terminations to ropes using various methods, including hydraulic press and resin-based materials
• Providing all relevant accessories
• Labeling and packaging goods for safe dispatch
• Ensuring environmental procedures are followed and raising issues with the manager when necessary
• Maintaining a clean and tidy work area
• Handballing (minimum of 8kg heavy lifting required)

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as a Production Technician (not essential)
• Good time management skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Experience in production (preferred)
