2nd Shift - Production Technician - RMA (USA)

Who we are…

Ravago is a manufacturing company that produces a wide range of plastic and rubber materials, from high-performance engineered resins to recycled post-consumer materials. We are looking for Production Technicians to lead the safe and efficient production of quality material that meets customer requirements.

About the position :

  1. Work in a non-climate controlled environment.
  2. Follow all Quality, Safety & Environmental Procedures.
  3. Move, load, and package Raw and Finished Goods.
  4. Forklift experience – preferred but not required.
  5. Complete box sheets correctly with box numbers, finished end temperatures, correct weights, and indicate whether the box is “Conforming” or “Non-Conforming”.
  6. Ensure that boxes are labeled correctly – Product ID, correct weights, and any other customer requirements.
  7. Retrieve a quality sample from each box for quality inspections.
  8. Complete changeovers from one product to another, ensuring no contamination.
  9. Use an overhead crane to transfer blending totes of mixed materials to the top of the extruder.
  10. Uphold Ravago’s Code of Conduct.
  11. Complete other duties as assigned by the Team Leader.

Education : A high school diploma or equivalent.

Shift Hours: 2nd shift, 4:00 pm - 4:15 am

Schedule: Rotating days
