• Motivated and resilient leader with experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Strong understanding of machinery operation, health and safety standards, quality processes and performance measures.
• Confident communicator who can engage, influence and support others to build high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of the production area, supervising operators across shifts.
• Ensure safe, efficient and compliant operation, achieving targets and maintaining health and safety, quality and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate training, develop capability matrices, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify issues, drive problem-solving, and manage handovers with stakeholders to sustain performance.
