Job summary

Ferrero International S.A. is seeking a Team Leader at its Halstead site to drive safe, efficient and compliant production. You will lead daily activities, support operators, and coordinate training while sustaining high standards of quality, health and safety.

The role requires effective communication across shifts and a proactive approach to problem solving. The position is permanent with a rotating shift pattern (Mornings and/or Afternoons).

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage shift operations and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support operators to meet daily production targets.
• Ensure health and safety, food safety, hygiene and product quality across the line.
• Coordinate training and development for team members, maintaining capability matrices and compliance.
• Drive Ferrero Operational Excellence (FOX) initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce losses.
