Job summary

Main Responsibilities:

You will thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, working alongside a team of dedicated professionals who share your enthusiasm for delivering exceptional products. As a Production Operative, you may be involved in various aspects of our production process, including the manufacture of our delightful fruit and nut bars, cereals, and granola, or you might participate in the packing process. Some aspects of the role are physical and may involve heavy lifting; however, you will be shown the production process during the assessment part of the interview. Comprehensive training will be provided. Your contributions will be highly valued and recognised as a crucial part of our success. As the guardian of quality and food safety, your meticulous attention to detail will ensure that every product leaving our facility meets the highest industry standards, instilling confidence in our brand. By actively seeking ways to improve production operations and engaging in proactive problem-solving with enthusiasm, you will help us deliver superior products efficiently.

This is a permanent day shift position, with typical working hours from Monday to Friday. Depending on the Production Department, hours are usually from 07:00 to 16:00 or 07:30 to 16:30.
