Bridge Recruitment is assisting an established client in recruiting an experienced Production Team Leader to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will report to the Production Manager.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient application of people and resources to meet delivery, quality, and safety standards.
• Ensure team compliance with manufacturing procedures and quality requirements.
• Maintain equipment calibration and system functionality.
• Complete all records appropriately.
• Report quality concerns and follow proper process controls.
• Manage work order closures and picking activities.
• Identify training needs and monitor team performance.
• Train operators on products and processes.
• Conduct incident, accident, and non-conformity investigations.
• Promote high standards through personal example and team communication.
• Communicate KPIs and support continuous improvement activities.
• Provide technical expertise to the team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience leading a production team.
