Staffline is hiring a Production Team Leader at our Buckinghamshire site, a centre of excellence for Scotch Eggs, Cocktail Sausages and Mini Savoury Snacks. The role runs 5:30am to 2pm, on a 4 on 2 off rota, with pay from £16.86 to £25.29 per hour.

You will lead daily briefings, monitor OEE and waste, maintain GMP and quality standards, develop the team and drive continuous improvement across the production area.

• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure incidents, near misses and corrective actions are properly managed.

The hours of work are, 4 on 2 off:

Your Time at Work

During your time as a Production Team Leader your role will include:
