Job summary

Pilgrims Europe is seeking a Line Leader to join our team at the Ruskington site. This permanent role involves ensuring production targets are met and products are produced and packaged to high standards in line with customer specifications, while enforcing company policies, H&S and Food Safety standards.

Shifts available: Mornings and Afternoons on a 5-out-of-6 rolling pattern, with Sundays as a fixed rest day.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as machine operative or in similar role.
• Excellent communication skills and clear literacy/numeracy.
• Good standard of literacy and numeracy required.
• Positive thinking and self-motivation essential.
• Ability to use own initiative and hands-on attitude to solving issues.
• An excellent attitude to work and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Meet production targets and ensure products are produced and packaged to high standards according to customer specifications.
• Ensure team members adhere to company policies, H&S and Food Safety Standards at all times.

We specialise in Snacking Products which include Scotch Eggs, cocktail sausages, mini filled bites and seasonal products.

Successful candidates will join us on permanent basis. In your role you will be ensure that production targets are met and all our products are produced & packaged to high standard and according to the customer specification whilst ensuring team members are adhering to Company policies, H&S and Food Safety Standards at all times.
