Job summary

Pilgrims Europe is seeking Line Leaders to join our Ruskington site. You will oversee production lines, ensure targets are met and products are produced to high standards while following customer specs and food safety policies. This permanent role offers full-time hours on a rolling shift pattern with Sundays as a rest day.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as machine operative or similar role is desirable.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills are required.
• Excellent attitude to work, self-motivation and initiative.
• Hands-on approach to solving issues and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production lines to meet targets and ensure products are produced and packaged to high standards and customer specifications.
• Ensure adherence to Company policies, H&S and Food Safety Standards at all times.
• Support and lead team members on the line to maintain efficiency and quality.

Shifts available: Mornings & Afternoons

We specialise in Snacking Products which include Scotch Eggs, cocktail sausages, mini filled bites and seasonal products.

Successful candidates will join us on permanent basis. In your role you will be ensure that production targets are met and all our products are produced & packaged to high standard and according to the customer specification whilst ensuring team members are adhering to Company policies, H&S and Food Safety Standards at all times.
