Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe is seeking a Line Leader for our Ruskington site. You will ensure production targets are met and that all products are produced and packaged to high standards according to customer specifications, while leading a team and enforcing H&S and Food Safety standards.

The role is a full-time permanent position with a rolling six-day shift pattern and a fixed Sunday rest day. Opportunities for progression and employee benefits are highlighted in the offer.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Machine Operative or in a similar role.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills.
• Positive thinking and self-motivation.
• Hands-on approach to solving issues.

Responsibilities

We specialise in Snacking Products which include Scotch Eggs, cocktail sausages, mini filled bites and seasonal products.

Successful candidates will join us on permanent basis. In your role you will be ensure that production targets are met and all our products are produced & packaged to high standard and according to the customer specification whilst ensuring team members are adhering to Company policies, H&S and Food Safety Standards at all times.
