Job summary

Evo Personnel Ltd is looking for a Production Supervisor for a busy Burnley manufacturing site on the day shift. You will lead a production team, monitor progress, and ensure targets and quality are achieved. Training on the company's in-house systems will be provided, with a focus on process documentation and continuous improvement.

The right candidate will have strong leadership, robust IT skills, and experience with ERP systems to drive smooth manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Strong character and able to communicate across all departments.
• Work in line with company health & safety procedures and ensure the team follows all relevant policies.
• Previous experience working in a supervisory role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Production Supervisor Day Shift

Evo Personnel are acting as an employment agency, and we are looking to recruit a Production Supervisor for our prestigious manufacturing client in the Burnley area.

Salary

£37,700.00.

Overtime

Day Shift

Monday - Thursday 06:00 - 18:00

46 hours per week.

Experience Required

This role is suited for a Production Supervisor who has previous experience leading a production team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll be required to monitor production, manage the team, ensure quality products are being produced and ensure production targets are achieved.

Training will be provided on the company's in-house systems and processes.

The right candidate will have the supervisory experience required, be confident leading a team and want to progress within a forward-thinking manufacturing company.
