£40.00 DOE.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and leading a production team, ensuring production targets, quality standards and company KPIs are consistently achieved.
Lead, mentor, guide and supervise a production team.
Support with the development of the production team.
Manage day-to-day production activities and ensure production targets are met.
Monitor production out-put and ensure products are manufactured to the required quality standards.
Ensure the team meets production KPI's.
Allocate tasks and manage workloads across the production team.
Lead return-to-work meetings and monitor team attendance.
Be hands-on and support production operations when required.
Complete process documentation and administration.
Complete production records and ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
Carry out quality assurance checks and address any quality issues.
Ensure production areas are maintained to a high standard.
Strong IT skills.
Strong character with the ability to communicate effectively across all departments.
Work in line with company health & safety procedures and ensure the team follows all relevant policies.
This role is suited to a Production Supervisor who has experience leading a production team and is confident managing people, monitoring production, maintaining quality standards and ensuring production targets are achieved.
You will need to be a confident team leader with strong communication skills, a hands-on approach and the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
Training will be provided on the company's in-house systems and processes.
The right candidate will have the supervisory experience required, be confident leading a team and be looking to progress within a forward-thinking manufacturing company.
