Job summary

Evo Personnel Ltd in Accrington is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a production team, ensure targets and KPIs are met, and uphold quality standards on the day shift. You will be hands-on, mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement across production processes.

The role requires strong communication across departments, adherence to health & safety procedures, and the ability to manage workloads and attendance. Training on in-house systems will be provided.

Qualifications

• The candidate will supervise and lead a production team.
• Lead, mentor, guide and supervise a production team.
• Support with the development of the production team.
• Manage day-to-day production activities and ensure production targets are met.
• Monitor production output and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Ensure the team meets production KPIs.
• Allocate tasks and manage workloads across the production team.
• Be hands-on and support production operations when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead return-to-work meetings and monitor team attendance.
• Complete process documentation and administration.
• Complete production records and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
• Carry out quality assurance checks and address any quality issues.
• Ensure production areas are maintained to a high standard.
• Work in line with health and safety procedures.
