Job summary

Evo Personnel recruiting for a Production Supervisor on the night shift for a leading manufacturing client in the Burnley area. You will supervise a production team, manage daily activities, and ensure targets and quality standards are met.

Training will be provided on the company’s in-house systems. The role requires strong IT skills, ERP experience, and a hands-on leadership style. Hours are Monday–Thursday 18:00–06:00, 46 hours per week.

Production Supervisor Night Shift

Evo Personnel are acting as an employment agency, and we are looking to recruit a Production Supervisor for our prestigious manufacturing client in the Burnley area.

Salary

£44,.00.

Overtime

Night Shift

Monday - Thursday 18:00 - 06:00

46 hours per week.

Experience Required

• Supervise and lead a production team.
• Manage day-to-day production activities and ensure production targets are achieved.
• Mentor, guide and support the production team.
• Monitor production out-put and ensure products are manufactured to the required quality standards.
• Ensure the team meet the production KPI's.
• Allocate tasks and manage workloads across the production team.
• Be confident to lead return to work meetings and monitor the team's attendance.
• Be hands-on, support with operations.
• Process documentation and administration.
• Complete production records and ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
• Carry out quality assurance checks and address any quality issues.
• Ensure production areas are clean, organised and maintained to a high standard.
• Strong IT skills.
• Experience of using an ERP system.
• Strong character and able to communicate across all departments.
• Work in line with company health & safety procedures and ensure the team follows all relevant policies.
• Previous experience working in a supervisory role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This role is suited for a Production Supervisor who has previous experience leading a production team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll be required to monitor production, manage the team, ensure quality products are being produced and ensure production targets are achieved.

Training will be provided on the company's in-house systems and processes.

The right candidate will have the supervisory experience required, be confident leading a team and want to progress within a forward-thinking manufacturing company.
