Job summary

Evo Personnel recruiting for a Production Supervisor on the night shift for a leading manufacturing client in the Burnley area. You will supervise a production team, manage daily activities, and ensure targets and quality standards are met.

Training will be provided on the company’s in-house systems. The role requires strong IT skills, ERP experience, and a hands-on leadership style. Hours are Monday–Thursday 18:00–06:00, 46 hours per week.

• Experience supervising a production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to meet production KPIs.
• Experience using ERP systems and standard IT tools.

• Strong communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a production team.
• Manage day-to-day production activities and targets.
• Mentor, guide and support the team.
• Monitor output and ensure quality standards.
• Ensure KPIs are met and report progress.
• Allocate tasks and manage workloads.
• Lead return-to-work meetings and monitor attendance.
• Maintain clean, organized production areas.
• Complete production records and documentation.
• Support with operations on the shop floor.
