Job Title: Production Supervisor

Working hours: 6am - 2pm, Monday - Friday

Location: Aylesford, Kent

Salary: £41,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our established manufacturing business in the food, beverage, and nutrition sectors. This full-time, permanent position is ideal for a proactive, hands-on leader eager to advance their career in production management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and support production and warehouse teams to ensure smooth and efficient shift operations.
2. Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of batches.
3. Ensure compliance with internal processes and customer audit standards.
4. Accurately complete shift documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks.
5. Train team members and maintain up-to-date training records.
6. Coordinate with other departments for effective communication and planning.
7. Manage HR-related duties such as timesheets, holiday approvals, and absence records.
8. Support continuous improvement projects and contribute to factory performance targets.
9. Uphold high standards of health & safety, hygiene, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

About You
