Job Description:

We're partnering with a long-standing, reputable brand in Sheffield to recruit a Production Supervisor for their successful manufacturing operation.

This hands-on role will lead a small, high-performing team on the production line and offers a clear pathway to a Production Manager position – perfect for someone ambitious and ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example on the production line, ensuring team performance and efficiency
• Set standards and drive improvements in quality and operational procedures
• Maintain capacity to meet customer demand and sales forecasts
• Ensure hygiene and compliance standards are consistently met (BRC/SALSA)
• Support warehouse and goods-in to ensure timely raw material availability
• Conduct machinery changeovers, clean-downs, and support general maintenance

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a fast-paced food production environment
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of operators
• Knowledge of hygiene, BRC/SALSA standards, and audit prep
• Engineering/technical mindset with practical machinery skills
• Physically capable and hands-on
• Forklift/driving license a plus
